The Leadership 360 Assessment is a confidential, comprehensive feedback process for you to grow as a leader. There is a self-assessment, along with rater-assessments from your manager, peers, direct reports, and others impacted by your leadership. The fully automated, science-backed process involves back-end automation that will create a detailed report of your leadership impact, along with recommendations for continual growth. You will then have a 90-min, video-conference coaching call with a leadership coach to debrief your report and make an action plan.

Ongoing leadership coaching sessions can be a wonderful compliment to a 360 Assessment, and Audacity Coaches are all fully trained in 360 Assessment debrief approaches.
